The main causes of liver damage are:
1.
Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

Food of Paradise

Penang Char Kuew Tiao
Penang Otak-otak. So big.
With just RM2.50 each.
Full with all toppings and prawn sauce.
So delicious you will want more.
You know it when it comes to Penang.
The King of Penang food is Penang Assam Laksa.
Fried Oyster with Egg. Dip in the chilly sauce for 100% feel.
Dunno how much the price but should be not more than RM10.00
Deep View of Penang Fruit Rojak sprinkled with groundnuts bit.
Rojak Penang. One of Penang’s famous delicacy. With just RM4.00, it is filled with sotong or squid with fruits and vegetables. So tasty, you will not leave any gravy on the plate.
This one Indian Pasembur is one of head chopper in Gurney Drive.
This plate cost me RM7.00 with only few cucuk udangs and tofus with cucumber.
Famous Cendol from Penang Ayer Itam.
Penang Lok Lok only RM0.70 each. All is fresh and tasty.
And there is various gravy and sauce for you to dip in.
